Hey, my name’s Harry — here’s a bit about me!
I’m currently training for my first STRONGMAN competition. Along the way is where I found BRACE, which quickly showed me how like-minded they are to myself!
Since I started wearing BRACE, I’ve noticed not only an improvement in comfort during my workouts but also a boost in my mental resilience. Even on the hard days when I don’t wanna do things, knowing there’s a community out there pushing for us all to do well helps build that confidence that you can do it, even when you feel you can’t!

I use the gym for more than just lifting weights — I use it to lift myself. What started as a way to strengthen my body quickly became my daily reset button for mental clarity, discipline, and growth. For me, the gym isn’t just about reps and sets; it’s about showing up, even on the days when motivation is hiding under the bench.
I’m here to improve — not just physically, but mentally. Each workout is a small promise I keep to myself. Some days I’m chasing progress; other days I’m chasing peace of mind. Either way, I walk out stronger than I walked in.
To my fellow gym-goers: whether you're training for a competition, stress relief, or just to carry all the grocery bags in one trip, I respect the grind. We’re all here fighting different battles — the weights just make it visible.
My goal? Get a little better every day. Lift a little heavier. Think a little clearer. Become a little stronger — inside and out.
And if nothing else, at least we’re all collectively pretending we enjoy leg day.
